Please include proof of purchase, this can be a copy of your email or your receipt.

You will receive a refund to your original payment method, minus our original shipping cost, insurance, and packaging supplies.

New/Unused Products:

We allow returns of New/Unused products only, within 30 days from the date of purchase. 

If you have an issue with a custom order, such as an Urn Teddy Bear , Custom Weighted Bear or any other Weighted Bear, please contact us through the contact form below. Unfortunately we are not able to accept returns on these bears. But we will make right any mistake that we may  have made on a custom order. 

Damaged Products:

If you receive a damaged product we will pay for return shipping and will re-ship a new product to you or refund your original purchase price.
